BOILED EGGS ARE TOO SIMPLE (ha ha)

Cover eggs with one inch of water in a dutch oven. Bring to a rolling boil.

Remove from heat and cover for 12 minutes for medium, cover for 4 to 6 minutes for soft boiled, or cover for at least 16 minutes for hard boiled. The following link shows a nice pictorial of the timing for soft, medium, and hard boiled eggs.

Drain and add cold cold water. After about five minutes, change water, add a tray or two of ice cubes, and put in the refrigerator.

After 30 minutes of soaking in the refrigerator, is the best time to peel eggs. Roll the eggs on a hard surface to further crack their shells into a million pieces, then the shells will slip right off.

Boiled eggs keep in the refrigerator about one week. Soak kept eggs first before pealing. Re-soak the stubborn ones with those super sticky shells.

One egg every other day. Keeps the apples away.

  1. Dog–On all fours, extend right arm and left left, alternatively extend left arm and right leg.
  2. On back with knees up–Push on heels to raise torso until abs are straight.
  3. Standing–Right elbow to left knee, alternatively left elbow to right knee.

Do about 10 to 20 each and every day. Be careful of back strain when starting out. Orthopedic surgeon order for physical therapy for a weaken condition.
